-Ditch & Dash: Ditch & Dash is an annual drive for used clothing, furniture, electronics/appliances, and food. Bins get put in all the dorms up in the hill and in certain locations down the hill, and Ditch & Dash collects it, sorts it, and donates it to local charities. The actual drive doesn't start until the end of the semester, but there's a lot of planning that goes into it. Volunteers will be in high demand at the end of the semester, but as of now we're just forming the committee. The committee needs two people for publicity, one to coordinate volunteers, and one to coordinate with charities. There are still 2 spots open, it's a great way to get involved in service, and it's not an unreasonable time commitment. If you're interested in being on the committee, contact Laura PC (lapintocoelho@davidson.edu) for details.

Take a minute to look through the items and forward the link to parents, grandparents, friends, etc. who would be interested in bidding on items. The online auction will close at 9:00 P.M. during Dinner at Davidson on Saturday, February 25. The highest bidder will later be notified by email/phone. Please contact Laura Arnold, laarnold@davidson.edu, with any questions about the online auction. Babysitter Wanted:If you are looking for a babysitting job next year please contact Kia Hunter. The family lives in River Run (so you would need a car) and needs a babysitter usually three times during the week from about 3:30-6:00pm. They also like a sitter who can babysit once during the weekend (most weekends). They are an AMAZING family and they have one boy (11) and one girl (13). It also pays really well! Again, e-mail kihunter@davidson.edu if you are interested or have any questions.
