Lunch: Quiche and fruit salad
Dinner: Baked penne pasta with sausage and eggplant and mozzarella on top, one without sausage, side salad
Dessert: Ice cream sundae bar with hot fudge and toppings
Thursday
Lunch: tomato soup and grilled cheese sandwiches
Dinner: Herbed crusted salmon with cous cous and spinach
Friday
Lunch: Hot dog/Chili dog bar
